You need to do:

-Communicate with Consultant to determine search planing;

-Communicate with target candidates, then communicate with consultants about the market and make necessary adjustments to search direction and strategy;

-Search, select candidates, complete candidates report,  and arrange the interview for candidates and clients;

-Complete the weekly work report of searching process;

-Complete other tasks assigned by the consultant or manager.

 

Job requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, good in English;

-Confident, optimistic, good communication skills, goal-oriented, glad to take challenge.

-Highly self-motivated.

 

Experience requirements:

HR experience is a plus

Sales experience is a plus
